In this article, we will guide you through what to bring and wear to a Bay to Bay clinic, practice session, or tournament
Indoor clinic or practice session:
- Wear athletic clothes and shoes (something you feel comfortable running and jumping in)
- A water bottle with your name on it (there are also water fountains available at all of the facilities we use)
- A backpack with your name on it (to store your water bottle, outerwear, and ay other personal items)
- Optional items: kneepads (click here for recommended knee pads), snack, warmup sweatshirt or sweatpants
Travel team tournament:
- When traveling to a tournament make sure to pack your entire Bay to Bay uniform package:
- Game shoes
- All 3 jerseys (you never know when you will need to switch your jersey due to blood or other unforeseen circumstances)
- All 3 game shorts
- Warmup hoodie and sweatpants
- Practice t-shirts
- Game socks
- Team issued backpack

🚨 When flying to a tournament, always carry these items on to the plane in your backpack! Never check your uniform items or anything that you need to be able to play. Misplaced luggage happens and you cannot compete without your uniform items!

Beach Club session:
- Wear athletic clothes (something you feel comfortable running and jumping in)
