What to do if you have a conflict with the tryout date/time? It can be frustrating to miss the opportunity to showcase your skills due to prior commitments, but it's not the end of the road. In this article, we'll discuss what you can do if you have a conflict with the tryout date and time. From communicating with our support team to exploring alternate tryout options, we'll provide practical tips to help you navigate this challenging situation and maximize your chances of making the team.

Can’t attend a tryout date?

Here are the options you can take:

  1. You can attend a pre-tryout evaluation (indoor teams only).

Pre-tryout evaluation clinic(s) are included in your tryout registration fee. You can attend this tryout to get evaluated by the coaches if you are unable to attend the main tryout date.

  2. Submit a Video tryout.

If you are unable to make the tryout, you may still be considered for a team using a Video Tryout: You may send in a video (youtube link, video file, DVD) of your son playing in a match, practice, or basic skills video. We will then forward this to the coaches of the prospective age group for evaluation.

  3. Cancel your registration at least 48 hours before the event.

If the above steps don’t work for you, you can cancel your registration by following these steps.

  4. Contact our support.

Or just contact our support. We will be happy to assist you.

Unable to attend a specific tryout time?

If you have a conflict with the time slot the day of tryouts, you can arrange to come to a different time slot (as long as it is within 1 year of your current age group) by contacting our support staff.
